Return Policy
Once your restore disc(s) have been shipped or received, no returns will be issued. If you have a problem with your RESTORE DISC(S), email us at customerservice@restoredisks.com , include your name, order number, phone number, and a description of the issue. Restoredisks.com reserves the right to issue a replacement set or a refund in the amount of the original charge within five (5) business days. Refunds will not be issued because the machine was fixed before the restore disc(s) arrived, lost restore disc(s) were located or 30 days after order was placed. There are no exceptions.
